Development of the plan to implement the IMOS information system for a furniture making business

Тема: «Разработка плана внедрения информационной системы IMOS на мебельном предприятии» Объём дипломной работы 76 страниц, на которых размещены 34 рисунка, 3 таблицы. Предмет исследования - внедрение информационной системы IMOS на мебельном предприятии. В дипломную работу входит введение, четыре главы, итоговое заключение. В первой главе проведено исследование и анализ корпоративных информационных систем, использования архитектуры предприятия при планировании внедрения ИС и языков и методологий моделирования предприятия. Во второй главе проведен краткий анализ компании, ее бизнес-модели и внедряемого программного обеспечения. В третьей главе проведено моделирование мебельного предприятия. В четвертой главе был разработан план внедрения информационной системы IMOS на мебельном предприятии. Заключение посвящено основным выводам и предложениям по внедрению информационной системы IMOS на мебельном предприятии.

In the first chapter, research and analysis of corporate information systems, the use of enterprise architecture in planning the implementation of IP and languages and methodologies of enterprise modeling. In the second chapter, a brief analysis of the company, its business model and the software being implemented. In the third chapter, a simulation of a furniture enterprise was carried out. In the fourth chapter, the plan was developed for the implementation of the IMOS information system at the furniture enterprise. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals for the implementation of the IMOS information system at the furniture enterprise.
