Improving management efficiency in Russian businesses

Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы – «Эффективность менеджмента на российских предприятиях». В рамках данного исследования были рассмотрены подходы к интерпретации эффективности менеджмента, факторы влияния на эффективность менеджмента, произведена оценка эффективности менеджмента ООО «Объединенные Пивоварни Хейнекен». Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы - анализ эффективности менеджмента как основы функционирования компании. В работе также представлены основные задачи в процессе оценки эффективности менеджмента, изучение проблемы определения критериев и показателей относительно оценки эффективности менеджмента, анализ подходов к оценке эффективности менеджмента, рассмотрение факторов, способствующих повышению эффективности менеджмента ООО «Объединенные Пивоварни Хейнекен», применение процессного подхода компанией. Также осуществлены основные расчеты и на их основе предложены мероприятия, которые могут способствовать повышению эффективности менеджмента ООО «Объединенные Пивоварни Хейнекен».

The theme of the final qualifying work is "Management Efficiency at Russian Enterprises". In the framework of this study, approaches to the interpretation of management effectiveness, the factors influencing the efficiency of management, an assessment of the management effectiveness of LLC "United Breweries Heineken" were considered. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to analyze the effectiveness of management as the basis of the company's functioning. The paper also presents the main tasks in the process of assessing the effectiveness of management, the study of the problem of determining the criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of management, an analysis of approaches to assessing the effectiveness of management, consideration of factors that contribute to improving the management efficiency of LLC "United Breweries Heineken", the application of the process approach by the company. Also, the main calculations were carried out and on their basis proposed measures that can contribute to improving the management efficiency of LLC "United Breweries Heineken."
