The article is intended to introduce some new institutions (primary rules) the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 2015 (CC SRV 2015). We are talking about a framework defining the system and structure of the General Part of the CC SRV 2015, as well as the standards of institutions such as “Criminal Law”, “Crime”, “Circumstances excluding Criminal Liability”, “Criminal Coercive Measures (penalties and criminal judicial measures) and “Sentencing”.
