Abstract

Целью данной работы является попытка определить место Марии Башкирцевой в истории мирового искусства, рассмотрев всё её творческое наследие применительно к процессам, происходившим во французской живописи второй половины XIX века.

The aim of this paper is to make an attempt to define the Marie Bashkirtseff's place in the history of the world's art, exploring her works with reference to the processes, which took place in the French art of the second half of the 19th century.
