Optimisation of diagnostic algorithm in patients with disseminated interstitial lung lesions

Abstract

Диагностика диссеминированных заболеваний легких является актуальной проблемой современной медицины, так как от первых проявлений заболевания до выявления конкретной нозологии проходит зачастую до 5 лет, а неверный диагноз ведет к неправильному лечению, что ухудшает прогноз. Целью данной работы была оптимизация алгоритма диагностики. В рамках исследования был проведен анализ историй болезней пациентов, поступивших на отделение НИИ Фтизиопульмонологии в период c октября 2016 г. по март 2017 г. предпринята попытка выявить новые маркеры данных заболеваний.

Diagnosis of Disseminated Pulmonary lesions is an actual problem of modern medicine, since from the first symptoms until the exact diagnosis passes up to 5 years, and the wrong diagnosis leads to incorrect treatment, which worsens the prognosis. The aim of this study was to optimize the diagnostic algorithm. In this research, we analyze history of 81 patients who was treated in Saint-Petersburg State Research Institute of Phthisiopulmonology for Disseminated Indeterminate Pulmonary disease, and an attempt to find specific predicative markers was made.
