Mastocytosis in children and adults: Results of the analysis of the Russian group of patients

Abstract

Мастоцитоз — группа сравнительно редко встречающихся заболеваний, обусловленных пролиферацией тучных клеток в различных органах и тканях. В работе приведены данные в отношении этиологии, патогенеза, клинической картины, диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики мастоцитоза, а также собственное исследование и клинические наблюдения. Представленные данные и наблюдения отражают актуальность проблемы во врачебной практике. Своевременная диагностика данного заболевания улучшает прогноз и способствует повышению качества жизни.

Mastocytosis is a relatively rare group of diseases caused by the proliferation of mast cells in various organs and tissues. The essay presents data on the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical presentations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mastocytosis, and own research and clinical observations. Presented data and observations reflect the importance of the problem in medical practice. Early diagnosis improves the prognosis of the disease and improves the quality of life.
