Correlation of invasive properties and immunophenotype of neuroendocrine lung tumours

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию взаимосвязи инвазивных свойств и иммунофенотипа нейроэндокринных опухолей лёгкого. Актуальность работы заключается в широком использовании иммуногистохимического исследования в последнее время в патологоанатомической практике для диагностики различных опухолей. Важным этапом диагностики является определение прогноза, так как прогноз формирует тактику ведения пациентов с тем или иным видом опухоли. На прогноз влияет такой фактор, как инвазивность опухоли. Инвазивность включает в себя такие компоненты, как: способность опухоли метастазировать в лимфатические узлы, обладать местным разрушающим ростом, врастать в сосуды. Данные параметры, путём исследования операционного материала были сопоставлены с особенностями иммунофенотипа, используя стандартную диагностическую панель для диагностики нейроэндокринных опухолей лёгкого.

This work is devoted to the investigation of the correlation between the invasive features and immunophenotype of neuroendocrine tumors of the lung. The urgency of the work lies in the extensive use of immunohistochemical studies recently in pathological practice for the diagnostic of different tumors. An important stage in the diagnosis is the determination of the prognosis, because the prognosis defines the tactics of curation of patients with any type of tumor. The prognosis is influenced by such a factor as tumor invasiveness. Invasiveness includes such components as: the ability to cause metastases in the lymph nodes, to have local destructive growth, to grow into the vessels. These parameters, by examining the surgical material, were compared with immunophenotype features using a standard diagnostic panel for the diagnosis of neuroendocrine lung tumors.
