Актуальность исследования: Перевозки автомобильным транспортом на сегодняшний день являются одним из самых востребованных способов грузоперевозок. Цель данной работы – исследование системы учета на автотранспортных предприятиях, разработка способов ее оптимизации. Объектом исследования стала хозяйственная деятельность предприятий в автотранспортной отрасли. Предмет исследования – система бухгалтерского учета при перевозке грузов. Научная новизна заключается в обобщении и выработке правил регулирования и организации учета при перевозке грузов. Практическая значимость заключается в том, что отлаженная система учета организации перевозки грузов является одной из важных составляющих успеха развития предприятий в автотранспортной отрасли. Результатом работы является систематизация нормативных источников и мнений специалистов относительно особенностей учета активов и обязательств предприятий, занятых в автотранспортной отрасли. В ходе работы была проанализирована внешняя финансовая отчетность двух предприятий: перевозчика и экспедитора. Сделан вывод о важности оптимизации учета первичных транспортных документов и представлен способ оптимизации данного участка учета. Количество использованных источников 50. Хлупина А.В. Actuality of the study: Transport by road is one of the most popular methods of cargo transportation. The purpose of this work is to study the accounting system in motor transport enterprises, to develop ways to optimize it. The object of the study was the economic activity of enterprises in the road transport industry. The subject of the study is the accounting system for the carriage of goods. Scientific novelty consists in the generalization and elaboration of rules of regulation and organization of accounting for the carriage of goods. The practical importance lies in the fact that the well-established system of accounting for the organization of the transport of goods is one of the important components of the success of the development of enterprises in the motor transport industry. The result of the work is the systematization of regulatory sources and opinions of specialists regarding the specifics of accounting for assets and liabilities of enterprises engaged in the motor transport industry. In the course of the work, the external financial statements of two enterprises were analyzed: the carrier and the forwarder.
