Актуальность темы диссертационного исследования обусловлена тем, что эффективная деятельность предприятия в современных условиях невозможна без хорошо налаженного управления его капиталом, то есть основными видами финансовых средств (инвестиционных ресурсов) в форме материальных и денежных средств, различных видов финансовых инструментов. Цель работы. Анализ особенностей инвестиционных проектов в жилищном строительстве, рассмотрение инвестиционного проекта на конкретном примере в регионе Ленинградской области, разработка практических рекомендаций для совершенствования методик оценки инвестиций в жилищное строительство. Практическая значимость. Практическая значимость проведенного исследования заключается в возможности применения разработанного в работе бизнес-плана строительства жилого комплекса в г. Стрельна. Структура и объем диссертации. В магистерскую диссертацию входит введение, три главы, заключение, список использованной литературы. Состав диссертации: 84 стр. текста, 11 рис., 17 табл. Practical significance. The practical significance of the research consists in possibility of application of the developed business plan construction of a residential complex in the town of Strelna.
