The rear of the Air Force of the Leningrad Front. 1941 – 1944

Abstract

В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы, на основе обширной источниковой базы федеральных и центральных архивов России, рассматривается малоизученная проблема тылового обеспечения действий ВВС Ленинградского фронта. Хронологические рамки исследования охватывают период с начала Великой Отечественной войны до полного освобождения территории Ленинградской области и Карельского перешейка от оккупационных войск. В рамках приведенной работы охарактеризованы все важнейшие этапы деятельности авиационного тыла. В частности, особое внимание уделено вопросам организационной структуры тыла и ее изменению в годы войны, проблемам функционирования инженерно-аэродромной службы, деятельности по аэродромному строительству и аэродромному обеспечению. Также был произведен детальный анализ работы личного состава тыла ВВС. Благодаря введению в научный оборот большого количества документальных материалов управления тыла 13 воздушной армии, на основе значительного массива статистических сведений, было исчерпывающе произведено исследование количественной составляющей в работе авиационного тыла. В данном случае речь идет о всех аспектах рассматриваемого сюжета, от статистики состава самолетного парка, до санитарных потерь по управлению тыла ВВС Ленинградского фронта.

In the framework of a master's thesis, based on extensive source base, the Central and Federal archives of Russia, examines the little-studied problem of logistical support of the air force of the Leningrad front. The chronological scope of the study covers the period from the beginning of Great Patriotic war until the complete liberation of the territory of the Leningrad region and the Karelian isthmus from the occupation forces. In the framework of the given work is characterized by all of the major phases of aviation activities in the rear. In particular, special attention is paid to issues of organizational structure of logistics and its changes during the war, issues of functioning of the engineering-airfield services, activities airfield construction and airfield security. It was also performed a detailed analysis of the work of the staff behind the BBC. Thanks to the introduction of a large number of documentary materials logistics management 13 air army, based on a substantial array of statistical information, was exhaustively investigated the quantitative component in the aircraft rear. In this case we are talking about all the aspects of the story, from the statistics of the composition of the fleet, to sanitary losses in the logistics Department of the air force of the Leningrad front.
