Abstract

The formation of the collection of student research papers “Vox Juris” is a joint initiative of the representatives of St. Petersburg state University and Council of young lawyers at the Interregional branch of the Russian public organization “Association of lawyers of Russia” in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region. The project is designed for undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the direction “Law”, seeking to realize themselves in legal science. The editorial Board of the collection includes representatives of St. Petersburg state University and the Interregional office of the Russian public organization “Association of lawyers of Russia” in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region. This book is a collection of articles on topical issues of various branches of law, interesting for experienced lawyers and for lawyers who begin their career in the legal profession.

Формирование сборника студенческих научных статей «Vox Juris» — совместная инициатива представителей Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета и Совета молодых юристов при Межрегио­нальном отделении Общероссийской общественной организации «Ас­социа­ция юристов России» по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области. Проект рассчитан на студентов и аспирантов, обучающихся по направлению «Юриспруденция», стремящихся реализовать себя в юридической науке. В состав редколлегии сборника входят представители Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета и Межрегионального отделения. В книге собраны статьи по актуальным проблемам различных отраслей права, интересные как для опытных юристов, так и для начинающих свой путь в юридический профессии.
