Estimation of changes in precipitation in urban areas to diagnose drainage systems

Abstract

Аннотация Целью данной работы является исследование режима увлажнения урбанизированных территорий и оценок состояния территорий и инженерных сооружений системы защиты территорий от подтопления на основе методик расчета нормативных документов, и фактических данных. Проведенные исследования показали, что существует глобальное увеличение осадков на большинстве территория, особенно это остро для так называемых островов тепла. Главный вывод работы был сделан на основе анализа причин подтопления территорий города, сделанный на основе сравнения расчетных расходов дождевых вод в коллекторах дождевой канализации по данным нормативных документов. Исходная интенсивность была взята из нормативных документов равную 60 л\с\га и расчетную интенсивность 63,3 л\с\га. Расчеты показали, что уже при нормативной интенсивность трубы в инженерных сетях заполняются на 100%, а разница между расходами дождевых вод в коллекторах по данным нормативной и расчетной интенсивности достигает 60 л\с. В результате данного исследования можно сказать, что для эффективной работы города необходимо учитывать изменения режима увлажнения и внести поправки в существующие нормативные документы.

Аnnotation. The aim of this work is to study the mode of wetting urbanized areas and assessments of areas and engineering structures protection areas from flooding on the basis of calculation methods of normative documents and evidence. Studies have shown that there is a global increase in precipitation in most areas, particularly acute for the so-called heat islands. The main conclusion of the work was done on the basis of analysis of the causes of flooding areas of the city, made on the basis of comparison of the estimated costs of rainwater in the rainwater drainage collectors according to regulations. The initial rate was taken from the regulations of 60 l \ c \ ha and the estimated rate of 63.3 l \ c \ ha. Calculations showed that even at the regulatory intensity of the pipe in the engineering networks are filled to 100%, and the difference between the costs of storm water in the reservoirs according to the normative and calculated intensity of up to 60 l \ s. As a result of this research we can say that for the efficient operation of the city should take into account changes in moisture regime and to amend the existing regulations.
