Главная тема настоящей работы - исследовать особенности применения специальных медицинских знаний при формировании доказательств и их использование на стадии уголовного преследования хирургов, совершивших неосторожное причинение смерти или вреда здоровью пациенту вследствие ненадлежащего исполнения своих профессиональных обязанностей при проведении операций.

The main theme of the present work was to study peculiarities of the special medical knowledge in the formation of evidence and their use at the stage of criminal prosecution of surgeons who have committed carelass causing of death or harm to the patient due to imporer perfomance of their proffessional duties when conducting operations.
