Optimisation model of geopolitical project implementation taking into account corruption factor

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе предлагается новая оптимизационная модель распределения ресурсов между двумя подпроектами геополитического проекта с участием одного и четырех геополитических акторов. Предполагается, что получаемый на промежуточных этапах доход будет инвестироваться опять же в данный геополитический проект, с перераспределением в два подпроекта. В оптимизационную модель вводится коррупционный фактор. В качестве принципов оптимальности в задаче с участием одного геополитического актора выбирается максимизация дохода от реализации геополитического проекта, а в задаче с участием четырех геополитических акторов компромиссное решение. Составляются алгоритмы решения данных задач и рассчитываются численные примеры.

In this graduate qualification work, we propose a new optimization model of resource distribution between the two subprojects of geopolitical project with the participation of one and four geopolitical actors. It is assumed that the resulting intermediate stages of the income will be invested again in the geopolitical project , with the redistribution between two subprojects. The corruptive factor is introduced into the optimization model. According to the principles of optimality, the maximization of income of geopolitical project realization is chosen for the problem with one geopolitical actor participating, and the middle ground is chosen for the problem with participation of four geopolitical actors. Algorithms for solving these problems are compiled and numerical examples are calculated.
