The economic and geographical peculiarities of developing Greater Vladivostok in the context of the regional policy of the Russian Federation over the period 2000-2023

Abstract

В настоящее время Владивостокская агломерация испытывает повышенный интерес со стороны федеральных органов государственной власти с целью формирования здесь новый полюса агломерационного развития России, благодаря чему Владивосток должен стать первым городом-миллионником на Дальнем Востоке. Уникальное геостратегическое положение, изменение в социально-экономической структуре, повышенный интерес со стороны государства при продолжающемся оттоке населения и инфраструктурных проблемах создают предпосылки для исследования данной агломерации. Целью данного исследования является выявление особенностей региональной политики в отношении Владивостокской агломерации и определении факторов формирования и развития агломерации в социально-экономическом пространстве в контексте региональной политики РФ Исходя из поставленной цели, в магистерской диссертации рассмотрены: экономико-географические подходы к исследованию городских агломераций, меры региональной политики как инструмент ускоренного развития территорий. Проведен анализ пространственной, экономической, демографической структур Владивостокской агломерации, рассмотрен вопрос делимитации грация агломерации и эволюция транспортного каркаса. В третьей главе рассматривается развитие городской агломерации под влиянием мер региональной политика разного масштаба. Магистерская диссертация написана на 72 листах машинописного текста. Состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературных источников.

Currently, the Vladivostok agglomeration is experiencing increased interest from federal government authorities in order to form a new pole of Russia's agglomeration development here, thanks to which Vladivostok should become the first million-plus city in the Far East. The unique geostrategic position, the change in the socio-economic structure, the increased interest from the state with the continuing outflow of population and infrastructural problems create prerequisites for the study of this agglomeration. The purpose of this study is to identify the features of regional policy in relation to the Vladivostok agglomeration and to determine the factors of formation and development of agglomeration in the socio-economic space in the context of regional policy of the Russian Federation Based on this goal, the master's thesis considers: economic and geographical approaches to the study of urban agglomerations, regional policy measures as a tool for accelerated development of territories. The analysis of the spatial, economic, and demographic structures of the Vladivostok agglomeration is carried out, the issue of delimitation of the grace of the agglomeration and the evolution of the transport framework is considered. The third chapter examines the development of urban agglomeration under the influence of regional policy measures of various scales. The master's thesis is written on 72 sheets of typewritten text. It consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of literary sources.
