Problems and prospects of international cooperation on the Northern Sea Route

Abstract

В работе рассмотрены проблемы и перспективы международного сотрудничества в рамках Северного морского пути. Произведена оценка актуального состояния. Выявлены международные противоречия, препятствующие развитию Севморпути. Даны рекомендации по налаживанию международного сотрудничества. Определены возможные векторы.

The paper considers the problems and prospects of international cooperation within the framework of the Northern Sea Route. An assessment of the current state has been made. International contradictions hindering the development of the Northern Sea Route have been identified. Recommendations on the establishment of international cooperation are given. Possible vectors have been determined.
