Strategies for the Shaping of Marital Solidarity of Modern Youth: Basing on the Materials of the City of Moscow

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена выявлению стратегий формирования брачной солидарности современной молодежи города Москвы. Теоретико-методологической базой работы послужили ключевые идеи эволюционного подхода к семейным отношениям С.И. Голода, а также концептуализация брачной солидарности, предложенная В. Джеффрисом. Под брачной солидарностью понимается «сотрудническое и обеспеченное обязательство единство между мужем и женой», проявляющееся во взаимодействии между супругами, поддержке ими друг друга, распределении обязанностей, совместном принятии решений, степени взаимной привязанности и взаимопонимания. В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы проведено эмпирическое исследование при непосредственном участии автора: глубинные полуструктурированные интервью с молодыми парами, состоящими в браке, проживающими в городе Москве. На основе полученных данных были выделены следующие стратегии формирования брачной солидарности современной молодежи г. Москвы: обособленность, взаимопонимание и компромисс.

The final qualifying work is devoted to the identification of strategies for the formation of marital solidarity among the modern youth of the city of Moscow. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work was the key ideas of the evolutionary approach to family relations by S.I. Golod, as well as the conceptualization of marital solidarity proposed by V. Jeffries. Marital solidarity is understood as "a cooperative and secured commitment of unity between husband and wife", manifested in the interaction between spouses, their support for each other, the distribution of responsibilities, joint decision-making, the degree of mutual affection and mutual understanding. As part of the final qualification work, an empirical study was conducted with the direct participation of the author: in-depth semi-structured interviews with young married couples living in Moscow. Based on the data obtained, the following strategies for the formation of marital solidarity among the modern youth of Moscow were identified: isolation, mutual understanding and compromise.
