The mutual influence of spatial development and urban regimes of Omsk in the post-Soviet period

Abstract

Темой выпускной квалификационной работы: Взаимовлияние пространственного развития и городских режимов г. Омска в постсоветский период. Работа состоит из введения, 3 глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы, цель, объект, предмет и задачи исследования. Описаны научные методы, используемые в ВКР для решения поставленных задач. Первая глава содержит теоретическую основу выпускной квалификационной работы: • Терминология (в главе определяются такие понятия как «пространство», «городское пространство», «пространственное развитие», «трансформация городского пространства» и др.); • Теоретическая база, история изучения городского пространства в российской науке; • Подробно описана теория городских режимов Стоуна, приведен опыт изучения городских режимов и влияние на городское пространство в отечественной науке. Ключевыми авторами, на которых сделан основной упор в теоретической основе являются: Кларенс Стоун, В.Г. Ледяев, К.Э. Аксенов, К.А. Галустов Вторая глава состоит из практической части работы: • Исследованы литературные источники, после чего описаны особенности перехода к рыночной экономике, что повлияло на возникновение городского режима в ХХ веке; • Описаны особенности возникновения акторов; • На основе российского исследовательского опыта и особенностей города Омска обоснованно предположено, какой режим сформировался и как изменялся; • Представлены и подробно описаны найденные кейсы городских конфликтов; • По каждому кейсу приведена оценка признаков городского режима; • Обобщены признаки городских режимов в разное время и сформировано В третьей главе будет рассмотрено: • Пространственное развитие под воздействием городских режимов в постсоветский период в городе Омске; • Направления и результаты взаимовлияния пространственного развития и городских режимов города Омска; • Оценка тенденций развития городского режима в городе Омске. В заключении представлены выводы по результатам проведенного исследования. В приложении приведена карта-схема расположения городских конфликтов в городе Омске (М 1:50000). The topic of the final qualifying work is the mutual influence of spatial development and urban regimes of Omsk in the post-Soviet period. The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and an appendix. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, purpose, object, subject and objectives of the study. The scientific methods used in the WRC to solve the tasks are described. The first chapter contains the theoretical basis of the final qualifying work: • Terminology (the chapter defines such concepts as "space", "urban space", "spatial development", "transformation of urban space", etc.); • Theoretical basis, history of the study of urban space in Russian science; Stone's theory of urban regimes is described in detail, the experience of studying urban regimes and the impact on urban space in Russian science is given. The key authors on whom the main emphasis is placed in the theoretical framework are: Clarence Stone, V.G. Ledyaev, K.E. Aksenov, K.A. Galustov The second chapter consists of the practical part of the work: • The literature sources are investigated, after which the features of the transition to a market economy are described, which influenced the emergence of the urban regime in the twentieth century; • The features of the emergence of actors are described; • Based on the Russian research experience and the peculiarities of the city of Omsk, it is reasonably assumed which regime was formed and how it changed; • The found cases of urban conflicts are presented and described in detail; • An assessment of the signs of the urban regime is given for each case; • Generalized signs of urban regimes at different times and formed The third chapter will cover: • Spatial development under the influence of urban regimes in the post-Soviet period in the city of Omsk; • Directions and results of the mutual influence of spatial development and urban regimes of the city of Omsk; • Assessment of trends in the development of the urban regime in the city of Omsk. In conclusion, the conclusions based on the results of the study are presented. The appendix contains a schematic map of the location of urban conflicts in the city of Omsk (M 1:50000).
