Design concept for the Avchurino eco-resort in the Kaluga Region

Abstract

Авчурино — село в Ферзиковском районе Калужской области России, образует сельское поселение «Село Авчурино». Село расположено в восточной части Калужской области, в зоне хвойно-широколиственных лесов. В 170 м от центра села расположена усадьба Авчурино. Усадьба Авчурино (дом, мавзолей, церковь и парк), является памятником архитектуры, подлежащим охране, как памятник государственного значения. На данный момент в ближайшем от усадьбы населенном пункте (с. Авчурино) нет ни одного места для временного проживания. И лишь малая часть от всех коллективных средств размещения во всей Калужской области имеют 3 и 4 звезды. Поэтому актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена развитием туризма в Калужской области, а также привлекательностью села Авчурино, отличающегося уникальностью природно-культурных ресурсов. Цель проекта – создание дизайн-концепции эко-курорта «Авчурино» в Калужской области с учетом всех характеристик участка. Для достижения цели были изучены основные понятия и проведен комплексный анализ местности. В настоящее время условия объекта можно считать благоприятными и для дальнейшего проектирования необходимо будет учитывать принципы и особенности формирования объектов устойчивого рекреационного туризма, рельеф и ландшафт местности. Регион, как и сам участок проектирования имеют предпосылки для развития. Привлекательными факторами являются природные ресурсы и историко-культурное наследие региона. Выявленная потенциальная целевая аудитория проекта, включает семьи с детьми, семейные пары без детей и новобрачных, а также небольшие туристические группы. Также был проведен анализ аналогов на основе отечественных и зарубежных баз отдыха и курортов, которые помогли определить общие черты в характере ландшафта и благоустройства, функционального наполнения и архитектурного облика подобных комплексов. На основе результатов комплексного анализа, а также исследования аналогов была предложена дизайн-концепция эко-курорта «Авчурино», главной идеей которой является создание нескольких жилых групп с разным характером построек, образуя тем самым путешествие по пространству, в котором человек сможет погрузиться в разную атмосферу окружающего мира. Поэтому стоит задача спроектировать архитектуру и генеральный план таким образом, чтобы посетители в каждой зоне чувствовали себя так, как будто они находятся в особом пространстве, отвечающих именно их потребностям. Было разработано объемно-пространственное решение для эко-курорта, которое позволит сохранить весь лесной массив территории и повысить уровень туристической привлекательности региона за счет уникальности и многофункциональности нового объекта. Сформированное предложение по зонированию позволит отдыхающим комфортно посещать базу круглогодично. Архитектурно-художественный образ объекта подчеркнет ощущение загородного отдыха и улучшит территорию с эстетической точки зрения.

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 51 лист; иллюстративное приложение на 16 листов; проектную часть на трех выставочных планшетах формата, включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации, компьютерную презентацию.

Проектная часть работы выполнена в связке 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2022» и «Revit» и «Adobe Photoshop 2023», чертежи сделаны в «Lumion» и «Adobe Illustrator 2023», презентационные планшеты собраны в «Adobe Illustrator 2023», верстка пояснительной записки создана в «Microsoft Word 2016».

Avchurino is a village in Ferzikovsky District, Kaluga Region, Russia, which forms the rural settlement “Avchurino Village”. The village is located in the eastern part of the Kaluga region, in the zone of coniferous-broadleaved forests. The Avchurino estate is located 170 m from the village center. Avchurino manor (house, mausoleum, church and park) is a monument of architecture to be protected as a monument of state importance. At the moment in the nearest settlement to the manor (Avchurino village) there are no places for temporary accommodation. And only a small part of all collective accommodation facilities in the whole Kaluga region have 3 and 4 stars. Therefore, the relevance of the chosen topic is due to the development of tourism in the Kaluga region, as well as the attractiveness of the village Avchurino, characterized by the uniqueness of natural and cultural resources. The aim of the project is to create a design concept of the eco-resort “Avchurino” in the Kaluga region, taking into account all the characteristics of the site. To achieve the goal, the basic concepts were studied and a comprehensive analysis of the site was carried out. At present, the site conditions can be considered favorable and for further design it will be necessary to take into account the principles and features of the formation of sustainable recreational tourism objects, relief and landscape of the terrain. The region and the design site itself have the prerequisites for development. Attractive factors are the natural resources and historical and cultural heritage of the region. The identified potential target audience of the project includes families with children, couples without children and newlyweds, as well as small tourist groups. An analysis of analogs based on domestic and foreign recreation centers and resorts was also conducted, which helped to identify common features in the nature of landscape and landscaping, functional filling and architectural appearance of such facilities. Based on the results of the complex analysis, as well as the study of analogues was proposed design concept of eco-resort “Avchurino”, the main idea of which is to create several residential groups with different character of buildings, thus forming a journey through the space, in which a person can immerse himself in the different atmosphere of the surrounding world. Therefore, the challenge is to design the architecture and the master plan in such a way that visitors in each zone feel as if they are in a special environment that meets their needs. A volumetric and spatial solution was developed for the eco-resort, which will preserve the entire forest area and increase the level of tourist attractiveness of the region due to the uniqueness and multifunctionality of the new facility. The zoning proposal will allow vacationers to comfortably visit the base all year round. Architectural and artistic image of the object will emphasize the feeling of country rest and improve the territory from the aesthetic point of view.

The project contains: explanatory note on 51 sheets; illustrative appendix on 16 sheets; project part on three exhibition format tablets, including schemes, drawings, 3-D visualizations, computer presentation.

The design part of the work is made in a bundle of 3D model created in “SketchUp 2022” and “Revit” and “Adobe Photoshop 2023”, drawings are made in “Lumion” and “Adobe Illustrator 2023”, presentation tablets are assembled in “Adobe Illustrator 2023”, layout of the explanatory note is created in “Microsoft Word 2016”.
