Universal Intonational Characteristics of Communicative Types of Utterances

Abstract

Работа посвящена интонационным характеристикам, различающих коммуникативные типы высказываний в языках мира. Цель исследования — сравнить высказывания разной слоговой структуры и разных коммуникативных типов в русском, английском и французском языках и выявить общие и специфические черты для каждого из них. На материале диалогической спонтанной речи показано, что интонационные системы языков обладают определённым сходством, однако детали реализации различаются.

The work is devoted to intonation characteristics that distinguish communicative types of utterances in the languages ​​of the world. The aim of the study is to compare utterances of different syllabic structures and different communicative types in Russian, English and French and to identify common and specific features for each of them. Based on the material of spontaneous dialogues, it is shown that the intonation systems of languages ​​are similar to an extent, but the details of the contours' realization differ.
