Algebraic Bayesian networks: Аnalysis and synthesis system of secondary structure

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается синтез третичной и четвертичной глобальных структур алгебраических байесовских сетей. Разработаны инкрементальный и декрементальный алгоритмы синтеза таких структур. Доказаны четыре теоремы, подтверждающие корректность указанных алгоритмов.

The tertiary and quaternary structures synthesis in algebraic Bayesian network is considered in the bachelor thesis. The incremental and decremental synthesis algorithms of this structures are developed. Four theorems about the correctness of the cited algorithms are proved.
