В статье анализируются принципиальные основы китайско-российских отношений после распада СССР После распада СССР китайско-российские отношения стабильно развивались, Китай и Россия являются соседями друг друга и имеют тесные исторические связи. В 1992 году главы двух государств объявили, что обе стороны «считают друг друга дружественными странами», а в 1996 году две страны установили стратегическое партнерство координации. Но в это время больше политического сотрудничества между Китаем и Россией, экономическое сотрудничество в основном осуществляется на севере Китая, только на провинцию Хэйлунцзян приходится большая часть китайско-российской торговли. С начала 21 века отношения между двумя странами развивались стремительно, особенно после прихода Путина к власти в 2000 году Россия приступила к всесторонней дипломатии, а Азиатско-Тихоокеанский регион занимает важное место в российской дипломатии. Политическое, экономическое и культурное сотрудничество Китая и России выведено на новый уровень. После украинского кризиса 2014 г. из-за ухудшения отношений между Россией и Западом китайско-российские отношения занимают все более важное место в российской дипломатии.С развитием геополитики и международной ситуации китайско-российские отношения будут становиться все более и более близко.

After the Ukrainian crisis in 2014, due to the deterioration of relations between Russia and the West, Sino-Russian relations have taken an increasingly important place in Russian diplomacy. With the development of geopolitics and the international situation, Sino-Russian relations will become closer and closer.
