Developing effective model of enterprise management based on credit mechanism

Abstract

В данной работе рассматривается математическая модель Лебедева для описания начального этапа развития «стартапа». Эта модель представляет собой систему дифференциальных уравнений, описывающих динамику производства и долга по кредиту. Внешним источником финансирования принимается кредит в банке. В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы предложена модификация модели, ориентированная на подготовку управленческих решений и анализ сценариев развития фирмы. Проведен анализ устойчивости положений равновесия. На основе модифицированной модели разработан алгоритм, описывающий выбор сценария развития. В пакете MATLAB написаны моделирующие программы.

This work considers Lebedev’s mathematical model to describe the initial development stage of a start-up. This model represents a system of differential equations which describe dynamics of the production and debt under credit conditions. Bank loan is taken for an external source of financing. Final qualifying work studies modificated model which focuses on the managerial decision-making approach and analysis of the development scenarios of the company. Sustainability analysis of equilibrium positions was carried out. Based on the modified model there was developed an algorithm to describe the selection of growth scenario. MATLAB package describes simulation programmes.
