Establishing and Implementing Accounting Processes in an IT Company on the Example of Planeta LLC

Последние десятилетия ИТ-компании в России активно развивают свою деятельность, усложняя внутренние процессы. Однако не все компании ИТ-сектора обращают должное внимание на поддерживающие процессы внутри бизнеса, каким является бухгалтерия. Целью данной работы стало разработать рекомендации по внедрению и совершенствованию бухгалтерских процессов в текущей деятельности ИТ-компании "Планета" с учетом ее особенностей ведения бизнеса и текущим состоянием учета. Объектом данного исследования стали бухгалтерские процессы в ООО "Планета". Для достижения цели были подробно изучены особенности ИТ-компаний и платформенного бизнеса, особенности ведения бухгалтерского учета в них, проанализированы процессы бухгалтерского учета в ООО "Планета", а также разработаны рекомендации по их модификации. Оценка результатов была произведена в две итерации, после промежуточных результатов в работе анализируются проблемы, с которыми столкнулась компания на пути внедрения изменений. По результатам работы можно сделать вывод о том, что в компании существует 3 вектора развития в рамках бухгалтерского учета. За исследуемый период посредством внедрения изменений компания смогла вернуть более 2 миллионов потенциально безнадежного долга, сэкономить до 35 тысяч рублей в месяц на процессах работы отдела бухгалтерии и получить дополнительную выручку в размере более 200 тысяч рублей.

Over the past decades, IT companies in Russia have been actively developing their activities, complicating internal processes. However, not all companies in the IT-sphere pay attention to supporting processes within the business, such as accounting. The purpose of this paper is to develop recommendations for the implementation and improvement of accounting processes in the current activities of the Planeta IT company, taking into account its business features and the current state of accounting. The object of this study is the accounting processes in Planeta LLC. To achieve the goal, the features of IT companies and platform business, the features of accounting in them were studied in detail, the accounting processes in Planeta LLC were analyzed, and recommendations for their modification were developed. The evaluation of the results was carried out in two iterations, after the intermediate results, the work analyzes the problems that the company faced on the way to implementing changes. Based on the results of the paper, it can be concluded that there are 3 vectors of development in the company within the framework of accounting. During the analized period, through the implementation of changes, the company was able to recover more than 2 million potentially bad debts, save up to 35 thousand rubles per month on the processes of the accounting department and receive additional revenue in the amount of more than 200 thousand rubles.
