Linguistic and cultural pecularity of the cultural and value dominant "Родная природа" ("Native nature") in the Russian folklore literature (in comparison with Latin American folklore)

Abstract

Настоящее диссертационное исследование посвящено изучению культурно-ценностной доминанты «Родная природа» на материале русского и латиноамериканского фольклорного дискурса, уточнению её лингвокультурной специфики для обеих культур. На материале русских народных сказок, лирических песен, сказок индейцев Латинской Америки был проведен контекст-анализ средств вербализации лингвокультурной доминанты «Родная природа». Методом сплошной выборки и количественного подсчёта были определены 18 самых частотных номинаций-репрезентантов мира живой и неживой природы в произведениях устного народного творчества России и стран Латинской Америки: конь, лиса, соловей, лебедь, дуб, яблоня, береза, лес, море, поле, река, ягуар, лиса, кукуруза, маниока, вода, небо. Далее посредством лингвокультурного анализа были определены четыре сигнификативно-коннотативных признака для данных слов, а именно: понятийный, образный, функциональный, ценностный. Сопоставительный анализ лексических и стилистических средств выразительности номинаций, входящих в лингвокультурную доминанту «Родная природа» выявил, что данная доминанта состоит из культурно-значимых единиц языка, каждая из которых является самостоятельным концептом, эксплицирующим национально-ценностное своеобразие культуры каждого народа.

This dissertation research is dedicated to the study of the cultural-value dominant "Native Nature" on the material of Russian and Latin American folklore discourse, the specification of its linguocultural relevance for both cultures. The context-analysis of verbalization of linguo-cultural dominant "Native Nature" was carried out in the materials of Russian folk tales, lyrical songs, and fairy tales of Latin American. By the method of continuous sampling and quantitative counting 18 most frequent nominations-representatives of the world of animate and inanimate nature in the works of oral literature of Russia and Latin America were identified. These nominations are horse, fox, nightingale, swan, oak, apple tree, birch, forest, sea, field, river, jaguar, fox, corn, cassava, water, sky. Also, four significative-connotative features for these words were identified through linguo-cultural analysis, such as: conceptual, figurative, functional, and valued. The comparative analysis of lexical and stylistic means of expression of the nominations included in the linguo-cultural dominant "Native Nature" revealed that this dominant consists of culturally significant language units, each one is an independent concept, explicating the national-value originality of the culture of each nation.
