Organizational and economic aspects of distance education in Russia: comparative analysis of labor intensity and cost of creation

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе была предложена система оценки трудозатрат создания онлайн-курса и платформы дистанционного образования на основе системы нечеткой логики, параметры которой настраиваются на основе экспертных оценок. Анализ информационных источников показал, что аналогов системы нет и предложенный алгоритм является оригинальным. Также в работе представлен исторический и терминологический разбор явления дистанционного образования.

In this research, a system for estimating the labor costs of creating an online course and a distance education platform was proposed based on a fuzzy logic system, the parameters of which are adjusted based on expert assessments. The analysis of information sources showed that there are no analogues of the system and the proposed algorithm is original. The paper also presents a historical and terminological analysis of the phenomenon of distance education.
