Scientific, technical and innovative cooperation between Russia and China: social aspects

Abstract

Сотрудничество между Россией и Китаем на уровне науки и техники играет решающую роль в продвижении их общих интересов и стимулировании глобальных инноваций. В данной работе рассматриваются этапы, факторы, перспективы и будущие проекты научно-технического и инновационного сотрудничества между этими двумя мировыми державами с особым акцентом на социальный аспект. Кроме того, в исследовании изучаются факторы, влияющие на отношение жителей России и Китая к развитию совместного сотрудничества в области науки и технологий. Для достижения этих целей был проведен анкетный опрос с целью оценки динамики участия, влияния возрастных групп, уровней образования, осведомленности об инновационном развитии в результате совместного взаимодействия России и Китая, восприимчивости к внедряемым инновациям, веры в успешность сотрудничества и культурных ценностей на процессы инновационной кооперации двух стран. Также, опрос был направлен на выявление преимуществ и проблемных зон сотрудничества на инновационном и научном уровнях, что привело к выработке предложений по решению проблем в социальном аспекте научно-технического сотрудничества между двумя странами. Более того, результаты исследования могут дополнить существующую базу знаний о влиянии культуры на инновации и сотрудничество в области науки и техники. Анализ ценностей и установок жителей обеих стран позволяет получить представление о том, как эти аспекты влияют на успех совместного научно-технического сотрудничество России и Китая. К тому же, исследование может помочь практикам понять взгляды жителей на инновации и сотрудничество и позволить разработать индивидуальные коммуникационные стратегии, соответствующие конкретному культурному контексту.

Cooperation between Russia and China at the level of science and technology plays a crucial role in promoting their common interests and stimulating global innovation. This work examines the stages, factors, prospects and future projects of scientific, technical and innovative cooperation between these two world powers with a special focus on the social aspect. In addition, the study examines the factors that influence the attitude of the people of Russia and China towards the development of joint cooperation in the field of science and technology. To achieve these goals, a questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the dynamics of participation, the influence of age groups, levels of education, awareness of innovative development as a result of the joint interaction between Russia and China, susceptibility to implemented innovations, faith in the success of cooperation and cultural values on the processes of innovative cooperation between the two countries. countries. Also, the survey was aimed at identifying the advantages and problem areas of cooperation at the innovation and scientific levels, which led to the development of proposals for solving problems in the social aspect of scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries. Moreover, the results of the study can add to the existing knowledge base on the impact of culture on innovation and cooperation in science and technology. An analysis of the values and attitudes of the residents of both countries allows us to get an idea of how these aspects affect the success of the joint scientific and technological cooperation between Russia and China. In addition, research can help practitioners understand residents' perspectives on innovation and collaboration and allow them to develop individualized communication strategies appropriate to their specific cultural context.
