Strategies of constitutional development in Thailand at the turn of the 20th-21st centuries

Abstract

В рамках данного исследования рассматривается сдвиг в стратегиях конституционного развития Таиланда на рубеже 20 и 21 веков. Рассматриваются признаки и характеристики этого сдвига, отраженные в конституциях Таиланда. Целью исследования является выявление признаков и характеристик стратегического сдвига и выработка рекомендаций относительно общей стратегии конституционного развития Таиланда в будущем. Объектом исследования являются конституции Таиланда и соответствующий политический феномен Таиланда 20 и 21 веков. Предметом исследования являются признаки и характеристики смены стратегий при разработке конституции Таиланда. Это исследование проводится с использованием тематического анализа и SWOT-анализа, основанного на аналитическом подходе. Результат исследования указывает на подтверждение признаков сдвига в стратегиях конституционного развития Таиланда в 20 веке, направленных на поддержание социально-политического порядка путем расширения исполнительной власти, в сторону поддержания социально-политического порядка путем расширения судебной власти, отраженного в конституциях Таиланда в 21 веке.

This study examines the shift in the strategies of constitutional development of Thailand at the turn of the 20 and 21 centuries. The signs and characteristics of this shift reflected in the constitutions of Thailand are considered. The purpose of the study is to identify the signs and characteristics of a strategic shift and to develop recommendations on a general strategy for the constitutional development of Thailand in the future. The object of the study is the constitutions of Thailand and the corresponding political phenomenon of Thailand of the 20 and 21 centuries. The subject of the study is the signs and characteristics of the change of strategies in the development of the Constitution of Thailand. This study is conducted using thematic analysis and SWOT analysis based on an analytical approach. The result of the study indicates confirmation of signs of a shift in the strategies of constitutional development of Thailand in the 20 century, aimed at maintaining socio-political order by expanding executive power, towards maintaining socio-political order by expanding judicial power, reflected in the constitutions of Thailand in the 21 century.
