The Lack of Partisan Domination in Italy as a Characteristic Feature of the Country’s Parliament

Abstract

В настоящей работе проводится исследование партийной системы Италии времен "Второй республики" (1994-н.в.). В рамках исследования, выявляются факторы, повлиявшие на формирование рассматриваемой проблемы, а также влиняние проблематики на всю политическую систему Итальянской республики. В ходе работы проанализированы социальные и политические факторы, оказавшие влияние на проблему отсуствия доминантной силы в парламенте Италии на протяжении последних 30 лет. Кроме того, был проведен подробный анализ ключевых выборов, начиная с 1994 года, которые формировали рассматриваемый дискурс.

In this paper, a study of the party system of Italy during the "Second Republic" (1994-present) is carried out. Within the framework of the study, the factors that influenced the formation of the problem under consideration, as well as the influence of the problematic on the entire political system of the Italian Republic are identified. In the course of the work, the social and political factors that have influenced the problem of the absence of a dominant force in the Italian parliament over the past 30 years have been analyzed. In addition, a detailed analysis of the key elections since 1994, which formed the discourse under consideration, was carried out.
