Abstract

В данной работе проводится комплексный анализ трансформаций политического режима Российской Федерации в период с 2000 по 2012 год. Работа организована в три главы, посвященные ключевым областям, подвергшимся значительным изменениям в рассматриваемый период. Актуальность: Анализ политических трансформаций в России в первые десятилетия XXI века является особенно актуальным в свете постоянных перемен в политической системе страны и ее влияния на общественные отношения. Это исследование представляет собой важный вклад в понимание этого сложного и многогранного процесса. Научная новизна: Данное исследование уникально своим комплексным подходом к анализу трансформаций в разных сферах общественной жизни России - образовании, молодежной политике, медиа и государственном управлении. Работа предлагает новые взгляды на эти процессы, используя актуальные теории и методы исследования. Цель работы: работы заключается в выявлении характеристик политического режима современной России, прослеживая его эволюцию в рамках переходного периода с 2000 по 2012 годы. Структура исследования. Научно-исследовательская работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, и списка литературы. В первой главе мы исследуем трансформационные процессы в системе образования и молодежной политике. Мы начинаем с обзора инициации государственной молодежной политики, а затем переходим к анализу реформ образования и социальной роли школы в этот период. Вторая глава посвящена развитию СМИ и гражданского общества в условиях переходного политического режима. Мы анализируем процесс "приручения" СМИ, отражающий переход от плюрализма к пропаганде, и исследуем формирование гражданского общества, параллельного государству. Третья глава сосредоточена на реформах и контрреформах государственного управления в Российской Федерации в указанный период. В частности, мы изучаем трансформацию Совета Федерации и Государственной Думы, а также изменения в системе управления органами власти субъектов Российской Федерации. Результаты исследования: Результаты исследования выявляют ключевые тенденции и особенности развития политического режима России в период с 2000 по 2012 год. Они могут служить основой для дальнейшего изучения этих тем и применяться в практической деятельности политологов, социологов, историков и других специалистов.

This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformations of the political regime in the Russian Federation in the period from 2000 to 2012. The work is organized into three chapters, dedicated to key areas that underwent significant changes during the period under review. Relevance: The analysis of political transformations in Russia in the first decades of the 21st century is particularly relevant in light of constant changes in the country's political system and its influence on social relations. This research represents an important contribution to the understanding of this complex and multifaceted process. Scientific novelty: This study is unique in its comprehensive approach to the analysis of transformations in various spheres of public life in Russia - education, youth policy, media, and public administration. The work offers new perspectives on these processes, using relevant theories and research methods. Purpose of the work: The aim of the work is to identify the characteristics of the political regime of modern Russia by tracing its evolution during the transitional period from 2000 to 2012. Structure of the research: The research work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of literature. In the first chapter, we explore the transformation processes in the system of education and youth policy. We begin with an overview of the initiation of state youth policy, and then move on to the analysis of education reforms and the social role of the school during this period. The second chapter is dedicated to the development of the media and civil society in the conditions of a transitional political regime. We analyze the process of "taming" the media, reflecting the transition from pluralism to propaganda, and investigate the formation of a civil society parallel to the state. The third chapter focuses on reforms and counter-reforms of public administration in the Russian Federation in the specified period. In particular, we study the transformation of the Federation Council and the State Duma, as well as changes in the system of management of state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Research findings: The results of the research reveal key trends and features of the development of Russia's political regime in the period from 2000 to 2012. They can serve as a basis for further study of these topics and can be used in the practical activities of political scientists, sociologists, historians, and other specialists.
