The state and the citizen in the Russian modern political discourse

Abstract

Актуальность работы заключается в том, что проблема соотношения государства и гражданина в современном политическом дискурсе России остается малоизученной. Также остается малоизученным вопрос соотношения государства и гражданина через призму разных идеологических и идейно-политический течений в современном российском политическом дискурсе.

Цель исследования – изучение и анализ подходов к соотношению государства и гражданина в политическом дискурсе России 2020-2023 годов. Для этого анализируются сами понятия «государство» и «гражданин», раскрывается их содержание, анализируются синонимичные политические термины в российском политическом дискурсе. Разбору самих понятий посвящается первая глава работы. Вторая глава посвящена соотношению государства и гражданина. Она решает задачу выработки подходов и проведения сравнительного анализа. Во второй главе выделяются идейно-политические течения в современном политическом дискурсе России, обозначаются их представители, проводится сопоставление с предложенными подходами к соотношению государства и гражданина.

Методологической основой работы выступили символический и коммуникативный подход, сравнительный анализ и дискурс-анализ, использовалась теория политической культуры Алмонда и Вербы, а также постмодернистские, структуралистские и постструктуралистские концепции.

The relevance of the work lies in the fact that the problem of the relationship between the state and the citizen in the modern political discourse of Russia is not studied enough. The question of the relationship between the state and the citizen through the prism of different ideological and ideological-political trends in modern Russian political discourse is also remains poorly studied.

To achieve the purpose of the study is to analyze the approaches to the relationship between the state and the citizen in the political discourse of Russia in 2020-2023. To do this, the concepts of "state" and "citizen" are analyzed, their content is revealed, synonymous political terms in Russian political discourse are analyzed. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the analysis of the concepts themselves. The second chapter is devoted to the relationship between the state and the citizen. It solves the problem of developing approaches and conducting comparative analysis. The second chapter highlights the ideological and political trends in the modern political discourse of Russia, identifies their representatives, and compares them with the proposed approaches to the relationship between the state and the citizen.

The methodological basis of the work was the symbolic and communicative approach, comparative analysis and discourse analysis, the theory of political culture of Almond and Verba, as well as postmodern, structuralist and poststructuralist concepts were used.
