Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью более широкого внедрения профилактических мероприятий, реализуемых гигиенистами стоматологическими, в государственных стоматологических поликлиниках.

Цель работы – оценить потребность введения должности гигиениста стоматологического в работу государственной стоматологической поликлиники. Задачи: 1. Оценить отношение врачей-стоматологов различных специальностей к введению должности гигиениста стоматологического в штатное расписание СПб ГБУЗ «Стоматологическая поликлиника №15»; 2. Оценить нуждаемость пациентов в проведении манипуляций, осуществляемых гигиенистом стоматологическим; 3. Оценить клинические результаты введения должности гигиениста стоматологического в работу СПб ГБУЗ «Стоматологической поликлиники №15». Методы исследования: анкетирование и метод глубинного интервью. База исследования: СПб ГБУЗ «Стоматологическая поликлиника №15». Выводы: выявлена необходимость введения должности гигиениста стоматологического в работу государственной стоматологической поликлиники; определена высокая нуждаемость пациентов в проведении профилактических стоматологических манипуляций; введение гигиениста стоматологического в штатное расписание государственной стоматологической поликлиники способствует повышению качества медицинской помощи.

The urgency of the research is caused by the necessity of wider introduction of preventive measures realized by stomatological hygienists in state stomatological polyclinics.

The purpose of the work is to assess the need for the introduction of the position of dental hygienist in the work of the state dental polyclinic. Objectives: 1. To evaluate the attitude of dentists of different specialties to the introduction of the post of dental hygienist to the staff schedule of St. Petersburg state public health institution "Dental Polyclinic No.15"; 2. To estimate the need of patients in carrying out manipulations performed by a dental hygienist; 3. To estimate clinical results of the introduction of hygienist stomatologist into the work of "Dental Polyclinic ¹15". Research methods: questionnaire and in-depth interview method. Base of the study: St. Petersburg State Budget Health care Institution "Dental Polyclinic No. 15". Conclusions: the necessity to introduce a dental hygienist into the work of the state dental polyclinic was revealed; the high need of patients for preventive dental manipulations was determined; the introduction of a dental hygienist into the staff schedule of the state dental polyclinic helps to improve the quality of medical care.
