Materials and state of conservation of plaques in the Tsentralny District of St.Petersburg

Abstract

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию состояния мемориальных досок и проблемам их сохранения и реставрации. Данная тема никогда не становилась предметом самостоятельного исследования. Материал по этой проблеме разбросан по различным источникам, посвященным методам реставрации и сохранения произведений из мрамора, гранита, известняка и металла. Структура диссертационного исследования включает в себя: введение, две главы, заключение, список источников информации, 38 рисунков, 1 приложение.

Во введении содержатся: актуальность исследование, степень разработанности проблемы, объект и предмет исследования, цели и задачи, методика исследования, методы исследования, научная новизна работы, практическая значимость работы, границы исследования, гипотезы, вынесенные на защиту положения, структура диссертации.

В первой главе диссертационной работы рассматривается история возникновения мемориальных досок как памятника, а также художественное развитие форм досок в Санкт-Петербурге XVIII-XX столетий. Проведена классификация мемориальных досок с целью определения состояния памятников из разных материалов. Во второй главе рассматриваются характеристики материалов, использующихся для создания мемориальных досок, и причины их разрушения. Приведены методические рекомендации и рецептуры веществ, необходимых для консервации и реставрации мемориальных досок.

В Заключении приведены выводы об эволюции мемориальных досок, а также о причинах их разрушения. Проведено обобщение методических рекомендаций по консервации и реставрации мемориальных досок.

В Приложении содержится фотофиксация мемориальных досок Центрального района Санкт-Петербурга с краткой информацией.

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the state of memorial plaques and the problems of their preservation and restoration. This topic has never been the subject of independent research. The material on this problem is scattered across various sources devoted to the methods of restoration and preservation of works made of marble, granite, limestone and metal. The structure of the dissertation research includes: introduction, two chapters, conclusion, list of information sources, 38 figures, 1 appendix.

The introduction contains: the relevance of the study, the degree of development of the problem, the object and subject of the study, goals and objectives, research methodology, research methods, scientific novelty of the work, practical significance of the work, the boundaries of the study, hypotheses submitted for the defense of the position, the structure of the dissertation. The first chapter of the dissertation examines the history of the emergence of memorial plaques as a monument, as well as the artistic development of the forms of plaques in St. Petersburg of the XVIII-XX centuries. The classification of memorial plaques was carried out in order to determine the condition of monuments made of different materials.

The second chapter examines the characteristics of the materials used to create memorial plaques and the reasons for their destruction. Methodological recommendations and formulations of substances necessary for the conservation and restoration of memorial plaques are given.

In conclusion, conclusions are given about the evolution of memorial plaques, as well as about the causes of their destruction. A generalization of methodological recommendations for the conservation and restoration of memorial plaques has been carried out.

The appendix contains a photo fixation of memorial plaques of the Central District of St. Petersburg with brief information.
