Concept for a geopark at the Vladimir Amalitskii excavation site in the context of the participatory approach strategy

Abstract

В рамках исследования были изучены особенности партисипаторного подхода при организации исследований в дизайне среды и, в частности, создания концепции геопарка на месте раскопок В.П. Амалицкого. Изучены основные принципы, параметры и уровни интеграции сообществ в процесс партисипации. Изучены и проанализированы существующие научно-обоснованные методы партисипаторных исследований. Исследовано место тактического урбанизма в концепции развития территорий: изучены особенности итеративного дизайна, выявлены основные факторы развития территорий, выявлены и проанализированы методы тактического урбанизма, способствующие эффективному улучшению качества пространственной среды. Изучен и проанализирован отечественный и зарубежный опыт соучаствующего проектирования. В рамках анализа предмета исследования были выявлены особенности формирования геопарков: изучены критерии ЮНЕСКО, цели деятельности геопарков и принципы создания. Выявлена типология геопарков относительно их геологического типа и особенностей организации правового режима в России. Проанализирован отечественный опыт в формировании геопарков. Изучено историко-культурное значение территории места раскопок В.П. Амалицкого. Проведен комплексный анализ фрагмента территории перспективного геологического парка на верхнепермских отложениях Сухоны и Северной Двины в границах Котласского района Архангельской области. Выявлено значение деятельности местных инициатив в развитии территории проектирования. Проанализированы инструменты общественного участия на примере развития места раскопок В.П. Амалицкого в рамках грантовой поддержки губернатора Архангельской области. Обозначен позитивный вектор приобщения местных сообществ процессу дизайн-проектирования на развитие, функционирование территорий и итоговый проектный результат. На основе изученного материала разработана методика развития геопарка на береговых территориях Северной Двины на основе партисипаторного подхода. Проведена работа в части партисипации: организованы конференции, лекции, опросы, интервью, дизайн игры среди местного сообщества. Разработана концепция концепция развития геопарка на месте раскопок В.П. Амалицкого на береговых территориях Северной Двины в границах Котласского района с учетом основных этапов реализации и последующего развития проекта с привлечением местных сообществ.

As part of the study, the features of the participatory approach were studied in organizing research in environmental design and, in particular, creating the concept of a geopark at the excavation site of V.P. Amalitsky. The basic principles, parameters and levels of integration of communities into the process of participation have been studied. Existing evidence-based methods of participatory research have been studied and analyzed. The place of tactical urbanism in the concept of development of territories has been studied: the features of iterative design have been studied, the main factors of development of territories have been identified, methods of tactical urbanism have been identified and analyzed, contributing to an effective improvement in the quality of the spatial environment. The domestic and foreign experience of participatory design has been studied and analyzed. As part of the analysis of the subject of the study, the features of the formation of geoparks were identified: the criteria of UNESCO, the goals of geoparks and the principles of creation were studied. The typology of geoparks is revealed in relation to their geological type and features of the organization of the legal regime in Russia. The domestic experience in the formation of geoparks is analyzed. The historical and cultural significance of the territory of the excavation site of V.P. Amalitsky. A comprehensive analysis of a fragment of the territory of a promising geological park on the Upper Permian deposits of the Sukhona and the Northern Dvina within the boundaries of the Kotlassky district of the Arkhangelsk region was carried out. The significance of the activities of local initiatives in the development of the design area is revealed. The tools of public participation are analyzed on the example of the development of the excavation site of V.P. Amalitsky as part of the grant support of the Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region. A positive vector of involvement of local communities in the process of designing for the development, functioning of territories and the final design result is indicated. On the basis of the studied material, a methodology for the development of a geopark on the coastal territories of the Northern Dvina was developed on the basis of a participatory approach. Work has been carried out in terms of participation: conferences, lectures, surveys, interviews, game design among the local community have been organized. A concept was developed for the development of a geopark at the excavation site of V.P. Amalitsky on the coastal territories of the Northern Dvina within the boundaries of the Kotlas region, taking into account the main stages of implementation and subsequent development of the project with the involvement of local communities.
