Formalisation and analysis of mathematical model of interaction between corrupted official and client

Abstract

Объект исследования: процесс заключения коррумпированной сделки в условиях неполной информации В дипломную работу входит: введение, четыре главы, приложение и заключение. Во введении раскрывается актуальность исследования по выбранному направлению, ставятся задачи, указывается методологическая база исследования. В первой главе представлена формализация и анализ модели поведения чиновника и клиента в условиях неполной информации для двух коррупционных эпизодов. Представлен алгоритм вычисления оптимальных стратегий участников взаимодействия. В главе 2 представлена формализация и анализ модели поведения двух чиновников при дележе взятки между ними. Представлен алгоритм решения в условиях неполной информации и представлен вывод. В главе 3 представлена формализация и анализ общего случая поведения чиновника и клиента в условиях неполной информации для n-коррупционных эпизодов. Описан алгоритм решения и сделаны выводы об оптимальных стратегиях участников. В главе 4 представлена формализация и анализ модели дележа взятки между двумя чиновниками в условиях неполной информации. Решение представлено при неизвестной вероятности коррупционного эпизода. В приложении представлена реализация алгоритма для модели взаимодействия чиновника и клиента в среде Wolfram Mathematica. В заключении сделаны выводы из рассмотренных в работе математических моделей Список литературы: 15 биогр. назв.

The object of study: the process of conclusion a corrupt transaction with incomplete information. The graduate work includes an introduction, four chapters, conclusion and application. The introduction reveals the relevance of studies in the chosen field, the formulation of the problem, the indication of the methodological base of the research. The first chapter provide the formalization and analysis of the patterns of the corrupted official and the client behavior under conditions of incomplete information for the two episodes of corruption. The algorithm for computing the optimal strategies for participants in the interaction. Chapter 2 provide the formalization and analysis of the two officials behaviors in the division of bribes between them. Presents a solution algorithm in conditions of incomplete information and presents conclusion. Chapter 3 provides a formalization and analysis of the general case of the official and the client behavior under conditions of incomplete information for the n-episodes of corruption. Presents the algorithm of decisions and conclusion about optimal strategies. Chapter 4 provides the formalization and analysis o of the two officials behaviors in the division of bribes between. The solution is presented with an unknown probability of corruption episodes. The application provides implementation of an algorithm to the model of the interaction between official and client with Wolfram Mathematica. The conclusion provides conclusions of the considered mathematical models.
