Modernisation of the Solvychegodsk Library, Kotlassky District, the Arkhangelsk Region, based on the model standard for a public library

Abstract

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 50 листах; иллюстративное приложение на 11 листах; проектную часть на трех выставочных планшетах форматом 1400х3000мм каждый, включающим в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации, компьютерную презентацию. 1. Актуальность работы обусловлена ее значением для реализации федерального проекта «Культурная среда» и отвечает критериям Стратегии развития библиотечного дела в РФ до 2030 г., а также существует запрос на создание дизайн-проекта по Сольвычегодской библиотеки от Ресурсного центра "Открытый старт" Котласского района в рамках гранта. 2. Цель работы: Создание актуального библиотечного пространства в Сольвычегодске в соответствии с модельным стандартом в рамках существующей библиотечной сети. 3. Задачи работы: - Провести комплексный анализ объекта проектирования; - Изучить аналоги с учетом особенностей формирования библиотек по модельному стандарту; - Предложить концепцию создания библиотечного пространства в г. Сольвычегодск в соответствии с модельным стандартом. 4. Краткое описание работы. 4.1. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ объекта проектирования и пространственной ситуации, проанализирован опыт развития модельных библиотек. В введении выявлены проблемы, сформулированы цель и задачи. В первой главе описывается проведенный комплексный анализ объекта проектирования: проблемы и потенциал развития библиотечной системы города Сольвычегодск, анализ архитектурно-пространственного решения библиотеки, существующее функциональное зонирование и целевая аудитория проекта. Во второй главе анализируются особенности формирования библиотек: историко-культурный контекст, приемы планировочной организации пространства, направления развития на основе модельного стандарта, а также инструменты организации пространства на базе существующих модельных библиотек. Третья глава посвящена проектному предложению: разбору сценарного наполнения библиотеки, образному решению и функциональному зонированию. Пояснительную записку завершает список использованных при работе печатных изданий и электронных ресурсов, включающий в себя 30 источников. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект модернизации Сольвычегодской библиотеки основан на требованиях по организации среды в рамках модельного стандарта общедоступной библиотеки. Проект состоит из анализа существующей целевой аудитории и сформированных пользовательских сценариев, которые легли в основу нового функционального зонирования. Пространство делится на три ключевые зоны: Библиотеку с местами для чтения и книжным хранением, Литературную Усадьбу, как место коммуникации и проведения мероприятий и Музей Козьмы Пруткова, который отражает уникальность места. Проект имеет образное решение, которое отображается в словосочетании «Книжные Палаты». Оно объединяет в себе три ключевых составляющих места: книги, как неотъемлемую часть библиотеки, выразительную архитектуру здания и личность Козьмы Пруткова. Образное решение подчеркивает специфику места и наполняет библиотеку новыми смыслами. В соответствии с принципами организации пространственной среды по модельному стандарту, Сольвычегодская библиотека выполняет не только свои базовые функции, но и является социокультурным пространством. Посредством разработанной концепции можно объединить существующий функционал с упором на ее основную функцию - чтение. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2021» и «Enscape 2021», чертежи сделаны в «ArhiCAD 2021», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop 2022» и «Adobe Illustrator 2022», проектная презентация сверстана в «Adobe InDesign 2022», пояснительная записка написана в «Microsoft Word 2016».

The relevance of the work is due to its importance for the implementation of the federal project "Cultural Environment" and meets the criteria of the Strategy for the Development of Librarianship in the Russian Federation until 2030, and there is also a request for the creation of a design project for the Solvychegod Library from the Resource Center "Open Start" Kotlas district within the grant. 2. The purpose of the work: To create an up-to-date library space in Solvychegodsk in accordance with the model standard within the existing library network. 3. Tasks of the work: - Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the design object; - To study analogs taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of libraries according to the model standard; - To propose the concept of creating a library space in Solvychegodsk in accordance with the model standard. 4. A brief description of the work. 4.1. The studied material and the structure of the explanatory note. In the course of the graduation project, the analysis of the design object and the spatial situation was carried out, the experience of the development of model libraries was analyzed. In the introduction, problems are identified, goals and objectives are formulated. The first chapter describes the comprehensive analysis of the design object: the problems and potential of the development of the library system of the city of Solvychegodsk, the analysis of the architectural and spatial solution of the library, the existing functional zoning and the target audience of the project. The second chapter analyzes the features of the formation of libraries: the historical and cultural context, methods of planning organization of space, directions of development based on the model standard, as well as tools for organizing space based on existing model libraries. The third chapter is devoted to the project proposal: analysis of the library's scenario content, imaginative solution and functional zoning. The explanatory note completes the list of printed publications and electronic resources used in the work, which includes 30 sources. 4.2. Developed project proposals. The Solvychegod Library modernization project is based on the requirements for the organization of the environment within the framework of the model standard of the public library. The project consists of an analysis of the existing target audience and the generated user scenarios that formed the basis of the new functional zoning. The space is divided into three key zones: a library with places for reading and book storage, a Literary Estate as a place of communication and events, and the Kozma Prutkov Museum, which reflects the uniqueness of the place. The project has a figurative solution, which is displayed in the phrase "Book Chambers". It combines three key components of the place: books as an integral part of the library, the expressive architecture of the building and the personality of Kozma Prutkov. The figurative solution emphasizes the specifics of the place and fills the library with new meanings. In accordance with the principles of organizing the spatial environment according to the model standard, the Solvychegod Library performs not only its basic functions, but also is a socio-cultural space. Through the developed concept, it is possible to combine existing functionality with an emphasis on its main function - reading. 5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in preparation for the VDP. The design part of the work was done in a 3D model created in SketchUp 2021 and Enscape 2021, the drawings were made in ArhiCAD 2021, the layout of profiled tablets and the line-up was assembled in Adobe Photoshop 2022 and Adobe Illustrator 2022, pre-registration in Adobe InDesign 2022, an explanatory note was written in "Microsoft Word 2016".
