The integration of geographic and medical information systems to ensure monitoring the spatial distribution and spatiotemporal dynamics of socially significant diseases

Abstract

В работе предложены методики интеграции географических и медицинских информационных систем в рамках задачи по мониторингу за социально значимыми заболеваниями. Разработаны два подхода к интеграции ГИС и МИС в работе противотуберкулезных учреждений мегаполисов. Первый подход предполагает разработку модуля в рамках действующей медицинской СУБД. Второй подход предполагает включение ГИС в уже существующую систему организации труда в медицинской организации.

The paper proposes methods for integrating geographical and medical information systems in the framework of the task of monitoring socially significant diseases. Two approaches to the integration of GIS and MIS in the work of tuberculosis institutions of megacities have been developed. The first approach involves the development of a module within the framework of the current medical DBMS. The second approach involves the inclusion of GIS in the already existing system of labor organization in a medical organization.
