The microfauna of soils with different moisture content: a case study of the Lisinsky educational and experimental forestry

Abstract

Объем выпускной квалификационной работы составляет 47 страниц, включая 8 рисунков, 9 таблиц и 7 приложений. Работа состоит из введения, четырех глав, выводов, списка литературы и приложений. Целью исследования было изучение структурно-функциональной организации макропедофауны в градиенте увлажнения Южной тайги Северо-Западного региона на примере Лисинского учебно-опытного лесхоза (полигон «Гришкино»). В ходе выполнения решался ряд задач, включающий изучение и анализ морфологически и физико-химических свойств почв полигона «Гришкино», а также видового состава и численности макропедобионтов, выявление особенностей распределения макрофауны по трофическим группам, изучение ярусного распределения беспозвоночных в исследованных биотопах. Объектом исследования послужили 9 точек отбора фауны на трех участках с различными условиями увлажнения, приуроченные к 4 опорным разрезам, при этом влажность местообитаний возрастает от участка 1 (приурочен к разрезу 1), к участку 2 (разрезы 3-4), а наиболее заболоченным является участок 3 (разрез 4). Проведённое исследование показало, что физико-химические свойства исследованных почвы соответствуют их классификационному положению и отражают процессы их генезиса, а в градиенте увлажнения в ряду этих почв происходят изменения в трофической структуре макропедофауны, ее численности и видовом составе. Хотелось бы отметить, что нами впервые было проведено почвенно-зоологическое исследование полигона, все предшествующие научные работы на территории были посвящены изучению почвенного покрова и растительности.

This bachelor study have 47 pages, including 8 figures, 9 tables and 7 appendices. The work consists of the introduction, four chapters, conclusions, the list of references and appendices. The aim of the study was to research the structural and functional organization of macropedofauna in the moisture gradient of the Southern taiga of the North-Western region on the example of the Lisinsky educational and experimental forestry (Grishkino landfill). A number of objectives were solved including the study and analysis of the morphological and physicochemical properties of the soils Grishkino, the species composition and abundance of macropedobionts, identification of the distribution of macrofauna by trophic groups, the study of the tiered distribution of invertebrates in the studied biotopes. The object of the study was 9 fauna sampling points on three areas with different moisture conditions, confined to 4 soil profiles. The moisture of habitats increases from area 1 (soil profile 1) to area 2 (soil profile 3-4), the most swampy is site 3 (soil profile 4). Research has shown that the physicochemical properties of the studied soils conform to their classification position and reflect the processes of their genesis. The moisture gradient of these soils entails the differences in the trophic structure of the macropedofauna, its abundance and species composition. I would like to point out that we conducted a soil-zoological research of the landfill for the first time. All previous scientific work on the territory was dedicated to the study of soil and vegetation.
