Объектом исследования является современное состояние мирового рынка медицинского оборудования, проблемы и перспективы его развития. Целью исследования является описание текущего состояние и перспективы развития мирового рынка медицинского оборудования, а также оценка конкурентоспособности России в данной отрасли. Для достижения цели исследования поставлены и решены следующие задачи: 1. Определить понятие конкурентоспособности отрасли на международном уровне и охарактеризовать факторные условия, формирующих систему конкурентного преимущества стран; 2. Определить объем, темпы роста и динамику развития мирового рынка медицинского оборудования; 3. Выявить особенности рынка медицинского оборудования и изделий медицинского назначения, проанализировать тенденции на рынке; 4. Раскрыть особенности регулирования мирового рынка медицинского оборудования. 5. Исследовать современное состояние российского рынка медицинского оборудования и выявить основные проблемы отрасли; 6. Охарактеризовать деятельность федеральной программы «Стратегия развития медицинской промышленности Российской Федерации на период до 2020 года», как основной драйвер развития отрасли. 7. Изучить новую практику электронных аукционов по закупке и обеспечению лечебно-профилактических центров медицинским оборудованием и изделий медицинского назначения на базе ФГбУ «СПб НИИФ» МЗ РФ. Дипломная работа выполнена на пятидесяти одной странице, состоит из введения, двух глав и списка литературы, состоящего из сорока семи источников. Первая глава работы раскрывает понятие международной конкуренции, описывает текущее состояние мирового рынка медицинского оборудования и его основные тенденции. Вторая глава посвящена российскому рынку медицинского оборудования и его характеристикам, а также особенностям государственного регулирования и практики государственных закупок в данной отрасли. Актуальность темы выпускной квалификационной работы связана с новыми качествами рынка медицинского оборудования в условиях развития процессов глобализации экономики, её информатизации и факторами научно-технического прогресса, а также политикой государства в поддержку конкуренции, конкурентоспособности и инновационного промышленного развития отрасли медицинского оборудования. Результаты данного исследования могут быть использованы студентами соответствующих специальностей, руководителями лечебно-профилактических учреждений для определения сильных и слабых сторон в деятельности фирмы в данной отрасли, потенциальных внешних угроз и благоприятных возможностей и их оценку относительно стратегически важных конкурентов.

ABSTRACT

of the thesis “World market of medical equipment: contemporary tendencies and perspectives”

The object of the research is the contemporary state of the world market of medical equipment, problems and perspectives of its development. The goal of the research is the description of the current state and perspectives of the development of the world market of medical equipment as well of the estimation of the competitiveness of Russia in this sector. The following tasks were set and completed for the reaching of the goal of the research: 1. to define the concept of the competitiveness of a sector at international level and to describe factoral terms, forming the system of countries’ competitive advantages; 2. to define volume, growth rates, and epigenetics of the world market of medical equipment; 3. to define the special aspects of the market of the medical equipment and medical devices, analyze tendencies of the market; 4. to define special aspects of the regulation of the world market of medical equipment; 5. to explore the contemporary state of the Russian market of medical equipment and to define the most important problems of the sector; 6. to describe the activity of the federal program “Strategy of the development of the medical industry of the Russian Federation for the period until 2020” as the main driver of the development of the sector;` 7. to research the new practice of electronic auctions for the purchase of medical equipment and medical devices as well as for the supply of medical prevention centers with them. Auctions are based on FSBI SPB NIIF of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The thesis has 51 pages, consists of introduction, two chapters and citation that is made up of forty one sources. The first chapter of the thesis "" articulates the concept of the international competition, describes the current state of the world market of medical equipment and the main tendencies of it. The second chapter is devoted to the Russian medical equipment market and its features, as well as to special aspects of the government regulation and the practice of state purchases in this sector. The topicality of the theme of the graduation thesis is based on: - new features of the medical equipment market under the conditions of the processes of the development of economy globalization and computerization - factors of scientific and technical progress; - government policy supporting competition, competitiveness and innovative industrial development of the medical equipment sector. The results of this research may be used by students of appropriate specialties, chiefs of medical prevention centers for the definition of strengths and weaknesses of the activity of a firm in this sector, definition of potential external threats and valuable opportunities, estimate of it relative to competitors of strategic importance.
