Mathematical model of ebola fever

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена изучению свойств математических моделей распространения инфекционных заболеваний применительно к вирусу Эбола. На основании существующих моделей предложена модель с учетом рождаемости и смертности, позволяющая учитывать возможность наличия естественного иммунитета у отдельных индивидуумов. Произведена численная реализация всех рассматриваемых моделей в системе MATLAB с учетом данных, зафиксированных при эпидемиях в Сьерра-Леоне и Либерии. По результатам моделирования выполнено сравнение предложенной модели с уже существующими.

This work is devoted to studying of properties of mathematical models of distribution of infectious diseases in relation to Ebolavirus. On the basis of the existing models the new model is offered that taking into account birth rate and death rate and allowing to consider possibilities of presence of natural immunity. Numerical realization of all examined models is made in the MATLAB system taking into account the data received at epidemics in Sierra Leone and Liberia. Finally we compared the offered model with already existing models.
