Strategic Partnership and allied relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan

Abstract

Эволюция отношений Российской Федерации и Республики Таджикистан после распада СССР характеризуется поступательным развитием во всех областях. Дальнейшее стратегическое партнерство строилось в первую очередь в военно-политической сфере сотрудничества и обеспечения стабильности и безопасности в регионе, а потом и на социально-экономической основе. Развитие интеграционных процессов на постсоветском пространстве способствовало укреплению российско-таджикского взаимного интереса, а также инициатив, связанных с формированием стратегического сотрудничества. При этом очередное избрание В. В. Путина президентом России в 2012 г. открыли новые перспективы для дальнейшей модернизации партнерства. В магистерской ВКР содержится рассмотрение динамики развития стратегического партнёрства между Республикой Таджикистан и Российской Федерацией. В рамках исследования проведён анализ становления и основных этапов развития российско-таджикских отношений, в частности, в военной и экономической сферах. Установлено единство интересов в вопросах обеспечения региональной и глобальной безопасности, а также обозначены особенности торгово-экономических отношений. Следует отметить, что динамика взаимоотношений между государствами относительно равномерная. Начиная с подписания соглашения о сотрудничестве в военно-технической сфере в 1994 г. наблюдается постепенное расширение сфер взаимодействия, а также нормативно-правового регулирования отношений. При этом, особенно динамика взаимодействия между странами усиливается после организации ЕврАзЭс и в дальнейшем продолжает активное развитие.

The evolution of relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan after the collapse of the USSR is characterized by progressive development in all areas. Further interstate contact was built primarily in the military-political sphere of cooperation and ensuring stability and security in the region, and then on a socio-economic basis. The development of integration processes in the post-Soviet space contributed to the strengthening of Russian-Tajik mutual interest, as well as initiatives related to the formation of strategic cooperation. At the same time, the election of V.V. Putin as President of Russia in 2012 opened up new prospects for further modernization of the partnership. The master's thesis contains an examination of the dynamics of the development of a strategic partnership between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation. As part of the study, an analysis was made of the formation and main stages in the development of Russian-Tajik relations, in particular, in the military and economic spheres. The unity of interests in matters of ensuring regional and global security has been established, as well as the features of trade and economic relations. It should be noted that the dynamics of relations between states is relatively even. Since the signing of an agreement on cooperation in the military-technical sphere in 1994, there has been a gradual expansion of the areas of interaction, as well as the legal regulation of relations. At the same time, especially the dynamics of interaction between the countries intensifies after the organization of the EurAsEC and continues to develop actively in the future.
