Decision support system for diagnosis

Abstract

В данной работе представлена модель системы поддержки принятия решений в медицине при постановке диагноза. База знаний системы представлена в виде таблицы значений, основанной на понятиях "отсутствия/наличия" и значимости симптомов. Программно реализовано использование базы знаний с помощью последовательного контейнера vector и ассоциативного контейнера map. Используя способ представления данных, выбор наиболее вероятного заболевания осуществлялся с помощью байесовского метода и метода скалярного перемножения .

Model of medical decision-making system for diagnosis is discussed in the thesis. Knowledge base of the system is presented as table of values that are based on the notion of presence/absence and value of the symptoms. Usage of the knowledge base was programmatically realized via sequence container vector and associative container map. Selection of the most probable disease is implemented using the data representation method with Bayesian method and dot product method.
