The role of real estate management in stable megalopolis development

Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы «Роль управления недвижимостью в устойчивом развитии крупного города». Целью работы является определение роли управления недвижимостью в устойчивом развитии крупного города. В качестве объекта работы выступает система управления недвижимостью Санкт-Петербурга. Предмет исследования - взаимоотношения власти, общества и бизнеса в управлении недвижимостью в целях устойчивого развития Санкт-Петербурга. В работе рассмотрен процесс управления недвижимостью, являющийся важнейшей составляющей городского управления, его взаимосвязь с экономикой, социальной сферой и экологией крупного города. На основании анализа существующей системы управления недвижимостью Санкт-Петербурга выявлены проблемы, препятствующие устойчивому развитию города и предложены пути их решения, которые позволят добиться целей выживания и развития в долгосрочной перспективе и установить оптимальный баланс между удовлетворением потребностей социума сегодня, будущих поколений и возможностями биосферы. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена на 66 страницах, состоит из введения, трех глав и восьми параграфов основной части, заключения, списка литературы, включающего 62 источника. Работа содержит 7 иллюстраций, 3 таблицы и 3 приложения.

The theme of the final qualification work is "Role of real estate management in stable megalopolise development." The aim of the work is to determine the role of real estate management in the sustainable development of a large city. The object of work is the real estate management system of St. Petersburg. The subject of the study is the relationship between government, society and business in real estate management for the sustainable development of St. Petersburg. The paper considers the process of real estate management, which is the most important component of urban management, its relationship with the economy, social sphere and ecology of a large city. Based on the analysis of the existing real estate management system in St. Petersburg, problems that interfere the sustainable development of the city was identified and ways to solve them are proposed that will achieve the goals of survival and development in the long term and establish an optimal balance between meeting the needs of society today, future generations and the possibilities of the biosphere. The final qualifying work is made on 66 pages, consists of an introduction, three chapters and eight paragraphs of the main part, a conclusion, a list of references, including 62 sources. The work contains 7 illustrations, 3 tables and 3 applications.
