Discussions on the status of Quebec in the regulations of provincial political parties at the beginning of the 21st century

Abstract

Целью данной работы является раскрытие позиции политических партий Квебека по вопросу о суверенитете в XXI в. В процессе выполнения работы был проведен ретроспективный анализ становления и развития квебекского сепаратизма, что позволило изучить проблему с самого начала ее зарождения и проследить путь ее становления. Также более подробно было изучено становление вопроса о суверенитете во второй половине XX в., что позволило дать оценку ситуации в настоящем времени. Было проанализировано отношение провинциальных политических партий Квебека по вопросу о сепаратизме на текущий момент, а также выявлено основное направление трансформации их позиции по данному вопросу и сделан прогноз в кратко- и среднесрочной перспективе. В работе также были рассмотрены основные пути и способы противодействия сепаратизму и выявлены основные преграды улучшению отношений между Квебеком и остальной Канадой.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the position of the political parties of Quebec on the issue of sovereignty in the 21st century. This study analysis the formation and development of Quebec separatism from the very beginning of its inception and traces the path of its formation. Also this study focuses on the question of Quebec sovereignty from the second half of the 20th century to present days in more detail. And moreover analysis the attitude of the provincial political parties of Quebec on the issue of separatism at this moment to make a prediction of changes in their position on this issue in future. The author also examined the main ways and means of strengthening the state, countering separatism and determined the main obstacles to improving relations between Quebec and the rest of Canada.
