Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена проблемам государственного кадастрового учета линейных сооружений дорожного транспорта. Рассмотрены существующие недоработки в области законодательного регулирования данной процедуры. Для повышения качества кадастровой информации предложено проведение кадастрового учета автомобильных дорог как площадных сооружений с характеристиками: «площадь застройки», «протяженность». Работа содержит 62 страниц, 4 таблицы, 26 рисунков и 4 приложения.

The article is devoted to the problems of state cadastral registration of linear structures of road transport. The existing shortcomings in the field of legislative regulation of this procedure are considered.
