По теме: «Роль Конституционного трибунала Польши в политическом противостоянии с органами государственной власти ЕС» Цель: выявить причины и предпосылки действий политического руководства Республики Польша, касающиеся реформы судебной системы, приведшие к конституционному кризису и противостоянию Европейского Союза с государством-членом. Объект исследования: межгосударственные взаимодействия в политическом образовании конфедеративного типа – Европейском Союзе Предмет исследования: роль реформы судебной системы Республики Польша в целом и Конституционного трибунала в частности в противостоянии Республики Польша с Европейским союзом. В первой главе определяются теоретические основы взаимодействия Европейского Союза и государств членов, описывается действие механизма защиты верховенства права Во второй главе проанализирован конституционный кризис в Республике Польша, который привел к конфронтации государства с Европейским Союзом, предлагаются потенциальные сценарии окончания политико-правового противостояния. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в дальнейшем изучении проблематики верховенства права и его реализации в Европейском Союзе, а также при продолжении исследования политического противостояния Польши и Европейского Союза в рамках конституционного кризиса в Польше. Материалы работы могут быть использованы в процессе преподавания курсов по теории и практике международных отношений и дипломатии, а также курсов, посвященных Европейскому Союзу. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из 69 страниц, которые включают: введение, две главы, заключение и список литературы. Для исследования использовалось 75 источников.

By topic: "The role of Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland in political confrontation with the EU state authorities Objective: to identify the reasons and prerequisites for the actions of the political leadership of the Republic of Poland concerning the reform of the judicial system, which led to the constitutional crisis and the confrontation of the European Union with the member state. The object of research: interstate interactions in the political education of the confederate type – the European Union Subject of the study: the role of the reform of the judicial system of the Republic of Poland in general and the Constitutional Tribunal in particular in the confrontation of the Republic of Poland with the European Union. The first chapter defines the theoretical foundations of interaction between the European Union and the Member States, describes the operation of the mechanism for the protection of the rule of law The second chapter analyzes the constitutional crisis in the Republic of Poland, which led to the confrontation of the state with the European Union, and suggests potential scenarios for the end of the political and legal confrontation. The results of the study can be used in further study of the rule of law and its implementation in the European Union, as well as in continuing the study of the political confrontation between Poland and the European Union in the framework of the constitutional crisis in Poland. The materials of the work can be used in the teaching of courses on the theory and practice of international relations and diplomacy, as well as courses on the European Union. The final qualifying work consists of 69 pages, which include: an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. 75 sources were used for the study.
