Analysis of the economic results of a company's digital transformation

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена анализу влияния цифровой трансформации на экономические показатели фирмы. Исследование цифровой трансформации является актуальным, так как руководителям предприятий, реализующих процесс цифровой трансформации, необходимо тщательно разбираться в данном процессе, в том числе понимать терминологию и анализировать существующий опыт, изучая кейсы различных компаний. Ключевой целью работы является определение влияния цифровой трансформации на рентабельности фирмы. Для достижения обозначенной цели был решен ряд задач: • изучены подходы к понимаю сущности цифровой трансформации; • проанализированы процессы цифровой трансформации в российских компаниях; • разработана модель оценки влияния цифровой трансформации на рентабельность фирмы. Научная новизна работы заключается в спецификации и построении регрессионной модели влияния цифровой трансформации на рентабельности фирмы в зависимости от степени концентрации отрасли, размера фирмы и возраста фирмы, при этом оценено влияние данных параметров как по отдельности, так и их совокупное воздействие на показатели рентабельности фирмы.

This paper analyses the impact of digital transformation on a firm's economic performance. The study of digital transformation is relevant because managers of enterprises implementing the digital transformation process need to be thoroughly versed in the process, including understanding the terminology and analysing existing experience by studying the cases of various companies. The key objective of the paper is to determine the impact of digital transformation on firm profitability. In order to achieve this goal, a number of tasks were solved: - Approaches to understanding the essence of digital transformation were studied, - analyzed the processes of digital transformation in Russian companies, - A model for assessing the impact of digital transformation on firm profitability was developed. The scientific novelty of the paper lies in the specification and construction of a regression model of the impact of digital transformation on firm profitability as a function of industry concentration, firm size and firm age, assessing the impact of these parameters both individually and cumulatively on firm profitability.
