Contemporary cultural economy in Russia and China: a sociological analysis

Abstract

Актуальность темы заключается в том, что россияне двойственно относятся к Западу, особенно в том, что многие русские считают, что Запад мало чему может их научить. Китай начал свои реформы открытости после смерти Мао, не имея ни самоуверенной правящей элиты, ни орды политических интеллектуалов, инвестировавших в старую систему. Коммунистическая партия оставалась у власти, даже принимая новые экономические подходы, и все больше была вынуждена корректировать политику в соответствии с большей открытостью и конкуренцией, что отразилось на его составе. В Китае сформировался консенсус в поддержку международной интеграции, при этом дебаты были сосредоточены на способах и последствиях интеграции, а не на самом процессе. Усиление международной интеграции побудило лидеров Китая принять политику, которая привела к устойчивому экономическому росту. Более слабая интеграция России принесла меньше пользы, будь то устойчивый экономический рост или повышение уровня жизни. Новое богатство России остается заложником мировых цен на сырьевые товары, сокращение бедности происходит медленно, а рост среднего класса не поспевает за ростом «входной платы». Проблема современной культурной экономики раскрывается в работах таких авторов, как А.В. Петров, Д. Тросби, А. Смит, К. Маркс, В. Портяков, Цзягуй Чэнь, Лэй Чэнь, Шучэн Лю и многие другие. Цель работы – произвести социологический анализ процесса культуризации экономики в России и Китае. Объектом исследования является культурная экономика. Предмет исследования: социологический анализ культурной экономики на примере двух стран, России и Китая. В соответствии с поставленной целью работы решаются следующие задачи: - рассмотреть теоретические основы внешнеэкономического взаимодействия стран; - рассмотреть особенности экономического сотрудничества стран, при тенденции изменения мировых экономических отношений; - изучить экономические характеристики Китая и России; - оценить, каково влияние экономики Китая на экономику России и на оборот; - рассмотреть современную политику и экономику Китая и России; - проанализировать позиции России и Китая в мировых экономических отношениях. Гипотезой исследования является предположение о взаимозависимости успеха во влиянии культуры и экономики двух стран друг на друга. Работа состоит из: введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы, приложений.

The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that Russians are ambivalent about the West, especially in the fact that many Russians believe that the West has little to teach them. China began its opening up reforms after Mao's death, with neither an overconfident ruling elite nor a horde of political intellectuals who invested in the old system. The Communist Party remained in power, even as it adopted new economic approaches, and was increasingly forced to adjust policies in line with greater openness and competition, which was reflected in its composition. A consensus has emerged in China in support of international integration, with debate focusing on the means and consequences of integration rather than the process itself. Increasing international integration has prompted China's leaders to adopt policies that have led to sustained economic growth. Russia's weaker integration has done less good, whether it's sustained economic growth or better living standards. Russia's new wealth remains hostage to world commodity prices, poverty reduction is slow, and the growth of the middle class has not kept pace with the growth of "entrance fees". The problem of modern cultural economy is revealed in the works of such authors as A.V. Petrov, D. Throsby, A. Smith, K. Marx, V. Portyakov, Jiagui Chen, Lei Chen, Shucheng Liu and many others. The purpose of the work is to make a sociological analysis of the process of culturalization of the economy in Russia and China. The object of research is the cultural economy. Subject of study: sociological analysis of the cultural economy on the example of two countries, Russia and China. In accordance with the goal of the work, the following tasks are solved: - consider the theoretical foundations of foreign economic interaction between countries; - consider the features of economic cooperation between countries, with the trend of changes in world economic relations; - study the economic characteristics of China and Russia; - assess the impact of the Chinese economy on the Russian economy and on turnover; - to consider the modern politics and economy of China and Russia; - to analyze the positions of Russia and China in world economic relations. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption of the interdependence of success in the influence of the culture and economy of the two countries on each other. The work consists of: introduction, two chapters, conclusion, list of references, applications.
