Abstract

Представленная работа посвящена изучению проблемы определения стоимости прав требования, которая была подробно рассмотрена на примере оценки прав требования дебиторской задолженности. А также порядку оспаривания начальной (стартовой) цены продажи имущества (включая права требования) в делах о несостоятельности (банкротстве).

The presented work is devoted to the study of the problem of determining the value of the rights of claim, which was considered in detail on the example of the assessment of the rights of claim of receivables. As well as the procedure for challenging the initial (starting) sale price of property (including claims) in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases.
