Analysis of the use of fluid composites in the practice of a dentist

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена анализу применения жидкотекучих композитов в практике врача-стоматолога. Структура работы представлена списком сокращений, введением, четырьмя главами и списком использованной литературы. Во введении определены актуальность темы, поставлены цели и задачи, отмечена практическая значимость работы. В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются состав жидкотекучих композитов, их характеристики, преимущества и недостатки. Подробно описываются протоколы использования жидкотекучих композитных материалов. В работе приводятся результаты сравнительного анализа микроподтеканий при различных технологиях применения жидкотекучих композитов с использованием кариес индикатора. В заключении приводятся выводы по проделанной работе. В ходе анализа данных о наличии микроподтеканий в области прилегания реставрационного материала к тканям зуба лучшие показатели краевого прилегания регистрируются при комбинации его с пакуемым композитом. В связи с чем, использовать жидкотекучий композит в качестве основного реставрационного материала в больших полостях не рекомендуется, так как возможен риск микронадрыва материала от стенок зуба, а также следует использовать его в комбинации с пакуемым композитом. В работе использованы 1 таблица, 19 рисунков. Список использованной литературы составляет 60 наименований. Общий объем выпускной квалификационной работы составляет 49 страниц.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the use of fluid composites in the practice of a dentist. The structure of the work is represented by a list of abbreviations, an introduction, four chapters and a list of references. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is determined, goals and objectives are set, and the practical significance of the work is noted. In the final qualifying work, the composition of fluid composites, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages are considered. Protocols for the use of flowable composite materials are described in detail. The paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of microleaks in various technologies for the use of fluid composites using a caries indicator. The main findings and conclusions are summarized in the final part. During the analysis of the data on the presence of microleaks in the area of the fit of the restorative material to the tissues of the tooth, the best indicators of the marginal fit are recorded when it is combined with a packable composite. In this connection, it is not recommended to use a flowable composite as the main restorative material in large cavities, since there is a risk of microtearing of the material from the tooth walls, and it should also be used in combination with a packable composite. 1 table, 19 figures are used in the work. The list of used literature is 60 items. The total volume of the final qualifying work is 49 pages.
